Ohhhh I like crazy train! Also for any activity...like what do you listen to to get pumped up...run just one more mile...ect. One of my favorites is Stronger-Kanye West.

I have a thing for chips. I buy a small bag once a week (the 25¢ bag) eat the amount of calories a can have then pour water in the bag and trash it. Lol it works for me. Good luck and be encouraged :)

You can do it! Don't beat yourself up, you are heading in the right direction! Whenever I think About breaking my diet or exercise I remind myself that one candy bar could lead to another and I'll end up gaining another 5lbs. Hope it helps. Good luck!
