You could try doing this for yourself: every weekday, you are gonna eat 100 calories less than you are supposed to, so on Saturday and Sunday you have 250 more calories to eat. :)

As a mom, I'd suggest changing what you buy at the grocery store. If there isn't junk food in the house, she can't eat it.
