I don't count calories; I eat all of the fruits and vegetables as I want and still losing. I don't want to stressed if I don't meet my calorie goal, makes it easier for me.

I am the same way ! Right now, I can go for the cherry pepsi can in the refrigerator.and it's killing me to be honest. You need to have strong willpower to deal with it. I am no where near fit as I just started ! But I plan on walking 5 times a week and strength training 1 time a week.

I don't plan on eating anything on Thanksgiving, just my usual diet. But on Christmas, that's another story. :)

I do eat clean but damn it, if I want ice cream I'm going to eat some. In moderation, of course !
