I started dieting seriously in August 2010. My weight was 234 lbs and I'm 5'4" tall and tomorrow I will be 53 years young! I've managed to lose 63 lbs since then with walking and watching my carbs. It could be that your coworkers are intimidated with your loss and feel they can't do as well as you have! 125lbs is alot of weight! I would be! Just saying
