I'm not sure! I just followed the weight watchers plan which allows you to eat anything, you only get 22 points and every food has a certain amount of points to it... I never watched my calories just the points. Never went over 22 points was always under everyday.

My names Caitlyn, in my first year of college my friends started calling me "forks" because I came from a small town in the middle of nowhere population: 500 people; they said it reminded them from the town in Twilight which was called Forks. I spiced it up a bit and changed the s to a z ;)

Day #6 of the squat challenge! I do all of the squats at the same time, I don't do them throughout the day and OH MY does it ever hurt already, went for a little run today and it took a light jog to get into it - still sore!!

If you're daring enough you can always try online and hope they turn out to be who they say they are. A bar, concert, camping, make yourself stand out and they will come ;)

Thanks everyone! Such kind words, definitely not worth my time, I just didn't think it was a really appropriate things to say to someone who's trying to lose weight, I asked a few people their thoughts and some could see where he was coming from, personally I couldn't. Such great motivation I was able to run my anger out!

Low Fat Cottage cheese mixed with Bananas and Strawberries; Sounds gross but I thought it tasted amazing now I eat it for breakfast almost everyday haha.

You can try using weightwatchers! I can send the plan that I use, I've been using Weight Watchers and then doing a mix of different workouts for the past 2 months and I've lost 24lbs, with a lot of water intake. :) Send me a friend request if you'd like. xx
