I prefer to work out in the morning but am a morning person. I have a stationery bike that I have in front of the tv in the family room. I agree that you have to do what is best for you and your body (to not get sick or to help you with your routing). I work out before breakfast but after 2 cups of coffee and working out in the evening is REALLY tough for me. I am a moring person, so the morning work out is best for me. I agree. I have to travel with my job (alot) and always hunt out the fruit and carry a South Beach Diet high fiber or high protein bar. Same for lunch, I will go for the salad and proteins or if you are given a choice of a boxed lunch, skip the bread and add one of the bars. It's not perfect but in a pinch, you gotta do…
