I will suggest "sedentary". If you are choosing "lightly active", MFP expects that you are following it. But you can choose it as your activity level. Find the calories you burn, and add it as exercise. Hope this helps :flowerforyou:

i record my weight in MFP weekly.. but i weigh daily..most of the times it will be the same as it is within a week..but its a motivation when it shows, .3 or .4 down, compared to previous day :smile:

thanks for the quick reply. I never had the "net calories" till now.. now i understand why im tired before starting my early morning workouts :) I didnt know everyone is consuming that net calories too..thanks :)

im 5'3'' with goal of 130lbs. i joined MFP before 7months and it helped me alot. i lost 10lbs in 5 weeks and was feeling really healthy, strong.. but put on the weight i reduced when my gym closed unexpectedly for 2months.. now im starting it again and i know i can do it..feel free to add :)
