Not sure if you can. Tore mine a while back and had to have surgery. Then again the Doc said I shredded mine up pretty good so I guess like everything else, it depends...

So following that logic, if I eat at a surplus, but eat early in the day, I'll lose weight, and, likewise, if I eat at a deficit, but eat late in the day I'll gain weight? Makes zero sense...

For me it's big breakfast, big dinner and small lunch. Same concept, just redistribute the calories. Was a breakfast skipper for a long time then for whatever reason my preferences changed. Still love my big dinner so I went to a small lunch. #flexible

Cheat days do not speed up your metabolism. What they can do is help your diet be more sustainable since there is not an all or nothing approach. You have to be careful that the cheat does not become the norm so tread lightly...

Yeah I pretty much agree with this to OP. I think you are doing really well. What you need, and what most of us lack, and IMO, is the most critical piece of the puzzle is patience...

Correct. Cardio does in fact burn calories, but, unless you remain in a deficit you will not burn fat. How anyone could "disagree" with this is beyond me...
