great it's 6:30pm, I'm hungry, just read about pizza. I live on long island n.y. best pizza anywhere,but i'm going to get roasted chicken & think its pizza , but i would rather have the pizza

My calorie goal is 2020. I have been coming in under everyday,normally I wouldn't add work as an exercise but I just had neck fusion surgery & have been out of work for 2 months so when I did the work around the house,It was like exercising.

First time on here I lost 40, stopped logging on daily, gained back 60. Well I back on & hope get back to 220.I'm going to log on everyday, it keeps me honest
