Not eating enough food/calories in a day could actually set you back on your weight loss goals. Starving your body of proper nutrition can have undesirable effects such as lower energy, blood pressure, and etc. If you don't want to eat I would try making calorie/nutrition dense shakes to offset the amount you don't eat…

The FT7 is supposed to last 11 months @ 7 hours a week. Cold weather and backlight may drain it quicker.

I am the same way. I do have a goal weight however over the last while I notice my weight plateauing but my waist line has been dropping. I find if you balance weights and cardio the weight loss is slower but you loose inches. I have also found my definition has gotten a lot better.

Heart Rate Monitors are the best. I would suggest a chest strap version over the wrist ones. If you have an iPhone or Android phone many HRMs can sync with apps on your phone then link with MFP.

Which Polar HRM do you have? I have an H7 and as soon as my work is over I take it off my chest as it turns on when its connected to a wet strap on your skin. Also how many hours a day on average do you use it? The batteries are just normal watch batteries.

I do the same days as well. However on the day I do legs I do lighter cardio than normal. I typically do legs with a lighter jog. If I run short on time I do cardio with some planks or a few quicker core/strength exercises.

Thanks guys. That is pretty good info. I use Digifit as well for my HRM. I think you guys have me enough info to set it up.
