Last night I made ground lean turkey with whole wheat noodles with alfredo sauce. Loved it!

I have Tattoos 8 of them now. Soon to be 9. I love tattoos and its my choice and my body. I am 30 years and got my first one when I was 18.

I have had the same problem with salt myself and I am on the Advocare diet and i was told to use Mrs Dash. I mean you have to have some sort of flavor to your food even though your watching what you eat you have to enjoy your meal!
