Thank you, @Birder165! It was tough and I wanted to cave in especially with the snacking at night. It’s hard every night but I’m waking up happier that I did it in the morning.

SW: 189.6 CW: 186.6 March 5th: 186.6 -3 March 12th March 19th March 26th GW: 185.6 Spent all week reducing calories and sodium intake. NSV: I was offered a huge cinnamon roll at work. I took it and wrapped it up. When I got home, I gave it to my son. Also I went four nights and no eating during the night.
