My go to smoothie is half a banana, Greek yogurt, berries at the moment I'm using strawberries and blueberries and some spinach couple of ice cubes and water if I want it sweet as the Greek yogurt I use is very tangy I add a few drops of liquid stevia some times I add some low cal coco powder to to change it up.

Hi all Im Erin. I currently weigh 208 kgs (458 pounds) my highest weight was 212kgs (467 pounds). I weigh ever week because it helps me stay motivated. but its up to how you get effected by it if you get down by a small gain or even just a small loss its probably better not to weigh as often and maybe take measurements as you may be losing cms/inches but its not showing on the scales

mine was a muffin ok it was a big muffin but i never expected 1300 calories I now try and stay clear of them now lol

I did this diet for a while and it is fantastic wish i could do it now but its worked out to expensive for me. but the way i got through the craving was I snacked on fruit and nuts and i had to find activities to get my mind of them like puzzles exercise and crafts. you will get through it mine only lasted about a week

Thanks everyone. yeah ninerbuff thats the position im in I cant do alot of exercise so Im trying to lose weight from my diet for a while and hopefully as exercise becomes easier i can do more. I just looked up my TDEE and its 3495 calories so if I take 30% from that ill get about 2446 calories. Thanks again for all your…

right on :) I dont know why so many people are getting up in everyones face when they say they want to eat 1200. this post wasnt asking for your opinion about how much she should eat it was to get meal ideas. OP: my favorite snack is peanut butter and carrot sticks very satisfying and only 90 calories :)

Im eating max 1200 calories too and my favorite snack is a table spoon of peanut butter and carrot sticks its about 90 calories depending on the peanut butter you choose.
