I watched all my gf's gain large amounts of weight by having girls night out every weekend... I personally do not drink. But I've seen it destroy enough bodies to know that it isn't good for you. Even if you think you are drinking moderately, you probably aren't. JMO.

Plain oatmeal (mom's natural is my favorite brand) with sugar free maple syrup is YUM! Frozen veggies that you can steam in the bag. YUM! Potatoes are the best in the microwave. And look up English Muffin Pizza recipes. SO YUM!

Wrap thick craft string or yarn around the back of the band and to seal off the string and knot, use clear nail polish so it doesn't come loose. Also...wearing them on a necklace is a good option! I've done both.

I use a double scoop of Jillian Michaels protein powder to get 30g and eat a banana with it on mornings that I struggle with having enough time. Sometimes I do a couple of hard boiled eggs too. I boil up a dozen or so to have ready for the week.

6:55 am Alarm goes off, I read scripture and pray and get my 2nd grader off to school. Hubby leaves to start his 12-14 hour work day Mon-Fri. 8:00 am My 15 month old is up and ready. 8-10:30 am Breakfast and reading time. 10:30-1pm Little one watches or participates with me while I do the first half of my workout and then…

I completed a 5k in 32 minutes yesterday...previous time was 38! also, the Easter dress that I bought a month ago in a size 10 slide on without undoing the zipper and ended up being too big on top (halter style) so I had to wear a tank underneath with a white jacket on top to stay 'appropriate' LOL Definitely a great…

I have asthma and what has helped me is taking deep relaxed controlled breaths before and during and after. When I feel like I am starting to tighten up, I slow my jog down and concentrate more on controlling my breath. I also practice breathing when I am just sitting around. In through the nose, out through the mouth. I…

Cardio does wonders. Have you tried 30 Day Shred or Ripped in 30? Both of them have great workouts that target those areas. No More Trouble Zones is another great DVD. Overall, no matter how much I've tried, cardio seems to be the only thing that can really help shed the fat. Patience. and G'luck!

http://www.doctoroz.com/videos/get-rid-belly-fat?hs317=billboard_2 maybe this might help some? Best thing you can do overall is CARDIO!
-
ALSO! If your looking to work with weights, I bought JM's dumb bell set and it comes with another DVD where she shows you how to use the weights and there are so many great moves to do. You could easily use that if you are looking to just use weights. G'Luck!

30DS and also, JM's newest Ripped in 30 are built by her 3-2-1 system 3 minutes strength 2 minutes cardio 1 minute abs and repeat until you are begging for it to be over. LOL I also added my own hour of cardio to this. Have had amazing results so far. I've seen a total body tone up. I am currently on Round 2 of Ripped in…

I'm normally the one that is too hot...I even went all winter wearing a hoodie, no jacket, and I live in Minnesota! But the last month, I've been freezing! I use 2 blankets at night and have to wear a jacket all the time. I especially get really cold while drinking water and after eating.

http://vegetarian.about.com/od/desertrecipes/r/fatfreebrownies.htm These are my absolute favorite. I sometimes add dark chocolate chips. YUM! My family loves them too.

I jog at 4.5 for an hour. At anything above 6, I am running and wouldn't last more than 5 minutes.... and I do have asthma. I think you should slow it down and maybe look into doing Couch 2 5k program also.

I've been there, done that, loved it, and hated it and now I am a stay at home mom! I completely sympathize with you! Since being home I've been able to quit smoking...which was my huge huge huge issue with dealing with hair, clients, and co-workers....well...mostly just the co-workers LOL

love love love them all!

I love my FT7. A lot. I haven't had any issues what so ever.

I actually don't let 'junk' in the house as far as food goes. We all use the same snacks. Goldfish seems to be a safe bet since they come in so many flavors....they make everyone happy. I get veggies and fruits and yogurts and puddings...all that are 'safe' for me as well. I like to think I am teaching my children the…

FANTASTIC!!! I am starting Round 2 of Ripped on Tuesday.
-
I did 3 rounds of the Shred and lost 30 lbs and 25 inches... I just finished Ripped in 30 and lost another 12 lbs and another 5 inches and plan on doing more rounds of both to get my last 20 lbs off. I do an hour of running or biking along with the DVD workouts. I think if you stick to it faithfully and are drinking enough…

I hear ya Toots! I have to watch my sister do that exact thing with her 2 obese children and it drives me nuts! She loves them with food and I think when it comes down to it that is what those parents are trying to do. They don't know how else to show love so they just throw what they think might taste good at them. It's a…

Me too girl! I've never been good on balance but since starting exercise and watching my balance improve, I may finally, after 26 years of life, get myself my first good spendy pair of high heels that aren't platform or wedges. LOL
-
Yes! I've lost 2.5 inches from my neck over the last 3 months. Just keep on keeping on and everything in its own time will shed the inches as long as you keep doing the work and making healthy choices. G'luck!

I went down a shoe size, so I assume the answer would be HECK YES! Treat those feet with a great pair of shoes.

that would have been more fun, huh? My personal view on cleaning as exercise? Nope. Never. It's called life. It's called your 'activity level'.... you log it as such and if you want cleaning to be your exercise than really really really need to pump your mop and rep out lunges while you vacuum or something. LOL But that's…

Might sound frustrating but you need to EAT! You want to burn off the fat, you are going to have to give your body the fuel it needs to do that! Otherwise, it's just going to hold on to everything you give it. And water water water....I've read that the current recommendation is 80 oz a day for weight loss. G'luck to you.

I don't think I could trust my daughters... they would end up being the obese ones with a chocolate ring around their mouths. LOL
