Been here for awhile. <And going through a major re-dedication after almost reaching goal weight and maintaining for a year. Last 10-15 lb push and I need all the push I can get :) And I love new friends!

I am 5'5" and have spent a year maintaining 140-145. During that year I was using the Implanon as birth control and suspect that may have halted my weight loss. 5'5" 145lbs size 4 usually...some brands are a 2 and others are a 6, designer jeans are 26"-28". I started a size 18! A year ago. Still have 20lbs to go and would love to be a size 2.

Married my first love...thinking I would be his last love. Granted...I loved a few others after him and he went off and broke a few other hearts too but we came back together and thought it was fate. It's all rather 'meh' at this point. Still my best friend just not the best husband. Not a complete waste of 4 years.

I mow my yard with a push mower...our yard is 1.5 acres ON A HILL!!! I wear my heart rate monitor...it takes me about 2 1/2 hours and I burn anywhere between 1000-1200 calories according to my HRM. I would say that MFP is pretty accurate. I use this as my Saturday workout...because it's productive and someone needs to do…

Don't think nothing of it....My pant sizes vary from a size 3 to a size 8!!! depending on brand and fit. I am learning to not worry too much about what the tag says. Dwell on your physical inches.
