Body Fat % and BMI is telling me 2 different things.
I recently had my body fat % done and found out that I am in the healthy range but my BMI stills says overweight. I still have 20-25 lbs I want to lose. Is it common for these numbers to tell you different things? What numbers matter the most as far as my health?
