Thank you, I think I will try to not eat all of my exercise calories back. My problem is to stay on the 1200/day, so I've been doing some kind of exercise everyday just so I could eat over the 1200. Did you have a hard time staying on the 1200cal/day?

Eat a light dinner, and do a workout after so you don't feel too guilty. Unlike some people I actually like to work out in the evening. So I would put on a workout from fitness blender, or any 30 min cardio workout on youtube. If you're up for it, you could also hit the GYM. Many Gym open 24 hrs now.

I'm struggling with the 1200/day too! And my weekly goal is 1.5 lbs, but the first 12 lbs I lost took me over 5 months. I recommend replace the rice with cauliflower. Everything else could stay the same, just take away the rice. It taste amazing, and it's cut the calories in half.
