Great post! It seems so funny and stupid now, when I think about the times where I HAD to catch the magical, post work out, anabolic window for protein :D Setting alarms for every 3 hours, so I can boost my metabolism. Okay, so I used to have the same problem with protein pancakes. The consistency turns out to be not very good. I haven't weighed myself since January 30th, but I have been taking weekly progress photos, and I can see major changes and it feels awesome :)

I usually consume 250 gram of carbs in a day, and for my "Cheat Day / Re-feed Day" I eat about 400 - 450 grams of carbs. I try to keep my proteins and fats the same.

Well, I am an exchange student in another country and I don't own a scale, neither does the school gym I go to.. So I can't really weigh my self, even if I want to. well, I could just buy one.. but not going to :P Never liked weighing myself anyway.. So yeah, I'm in :)

Yup, I know how bad it is to force yourself to eat when you're not hungry, so you can meet your macros :)

I think 30 grams of fat is way to little. Fat is actually an essential macronutrient. You need fat. your fat intake should be "your body weight x 0.35 - 0.4" I would go with 114g carbs, 114g protein and 43g fat balance is the key.
