I am 5'6" and my goal is around 120 but right now I am really working on toning. My current weight is 126 and I think I am starting to get a bit too skinny. I am similar to you where my thighs are still too big :(. I am going to tone up and see what happens from there.

how heavy are you lifting? You need to be lifting HEAVY! LIKE benching and squating and such. You should also really focus on core exercises like doing planks and any variety thereof...I find that helps me a lot :) Hope my post helped!
