lowcarbfriends.com I made a delicious cheese cake for a total of 19 grams of carbs. The cake had about 7 slices so less than 3 grams per slice. Or you can take the mixture and freeze it and you have a low carb ice cream. Check out the recipe section on the site. It's amazing what you can do with a little creativity!

I used to diet and eat normal healthy whole foods but the scale was always stuck at 127.8 or would creep up to 131 no matter what I did. I love the elliptical! That and the stairmaster are my best friends! I definitely recommend it. Just know it's easy to get distracted and lazy when your on the elliptical so just be conscious to push yourself!

how do you all count net carbs? I have been doing research and there are all sorts of theories on how to calculate it. net carbs= carbs - (fiber+sugar alcohol) or net carbs= carbs- fiber. I guess I should just run an experiement and see which causes me to gain?

I'm not trying to be a troll but...yuck. All frozen meals are gross to me- regardless of them tasting good, being convenient or having what seems like decent macros.

when I go out to eat I just order a big plate of meat...if the dish comes with a carb I just ask them not to add it. I normally just have a steak or some fish!

If you have an iphone you should try the Nike Training club. Look it up online. It's AMAZING and there are over 60 work-outs plus you get prizes for hitting different goals. I like it a lot.

i started incorporating more meat into my diet and I have actually lost more weight that way... it keeps me satiated for way longer. I really just think balance is key- make sure you are eating veggies and getting a good source of protein during your meals. Becoming a vegetarian just to drop weight makes no sense...I know…
