hey kirsty x Ive heard they help burn fat and when I have been on a diet when I eat loads more strawberries When I get on scales I weigh less lol and quickly but I find they help me alot x

Thanks all xxxxxx my opinion I think is...... yeah I agree with you that said bout the drugs and stuff, I crave for the feeling to be thin, so I look good, feel more my old self but I think the statement can lead to eating disorders xxx
