I had the same problem. I set my goal to -2lbs/wk and it set me to 1500 calories. Once I researched TDEE and understood what I should be eating, then I bumped my calories up 300. I felt an immediate upswing in my energy levels throughout the day.

That's a very broad question. Any chance that you can narrow it down a little bit? There are a ton of ways to do HIIT exercises and endless areas for discussion.

I bought the WOSS version on Amazon. TRX is way overpriced for what it is.

I love the elliptical machines but my feet often go numb after 15 mins on them. I have tried shifting my weight, which helps a little, but doesn't get rid of it.

I use a suspension trainer and log it as circuit training in the cardio section. I log about 1/4 of the value that MFP assigns it.

I don't have a regular doctor so I don't really know. The only time that I go in to see anyone is when I go to an urgent care facility for antibiotics. I can't recall the last time I went in just for a check-up

Your diary looks fine. You are likely retaining some water due to starting a new routine. Give it some time. Some weeks you'll go down, others you may show a gain. Just remember than a 20oz bottle of water will weigh 1.3 pounds so it's easy to mask weight loss if you have more water in your system.

I don't typically measure my oils. I use mostly EVOO and in sparing quantities anyway. I cook with stainless steel pans and use just a tiny amount for meats (less than 1 tps) and a small amount of real butter (<1 tsp of Land O Lakes) when sauteing. I set my calorie goals based upon 1.5lbs/week loss so I have some room in…

I found that this calculator has given me the best results that I feel are sustainable. I don't really care for MFP's calculations. They had me at/under 1500 calories and I couldn't function well. I was always tired and my energy levels were low. Once you find your TDEE, subtract 10-15% and that is your calorie goal to…

Don't stress over not losing over the course of a week, especially since you are more than likely retaining water if you are logging accurately. Try to weigh yourself each week under the same conditions. Water weight adds up quickly, 1 gallon is over 8.35 pounds. A 20oz bottle of water will weigh in at 1.4 pounds.

My problem isn't getting into them...it's getting back out of them :D

I use a suspension trainer (similar to TRX) and I have found that you can log it as circuit training. I cut the calories in half because I think that they are on the high side for what I'm doing. So for a 45 minute session, I estimate about 300. My typical workout doesn't include much rest between exercises either. The…

Daily. I do this to keep track of fluctuations. I have seen trends where if I eat too much sodium that I’ll retain a pound or two. I record on MFP on Thursdays. Why Thursdays? It seems that I get into a rhythm during the week. It takes a couple of days for my body to get back on sync after a weekend.

I started on Jan 5. I does get easier but they start switching the workouts so you don't get burned out. It is tough but it feels so good to finish the workouts.

Were you squatting a lot during the day? I know that when I'm on a photo shoot that I squat a lot. I don't usually log it as exercise though so I'm not sure what you can do other than put a pedometer app on your phone and see how accurate that is.

I call BS on this statement. There are studies that show that fruit sugars are processed by the body differently than refined and processed sugar.

I'm looking at starting this soon. Perhaps in the next couple of weeks after I finish T25 Alpha. How's everyone going with theirs?

I picked up a TRX knockoff called WOSS. It's a suspension trainer that uses your own body weight. They are used in the military because of how portable they are and easy to set up. I have mine set up on a punching bag hook in my basement and you can do a full body routine pretty quickly. You don't need any extra weights.…

This is the one that I have and I love it. So many features and it was cheap. It weighs upto around 4lbs so you shouldn't have to worry about putting something too big on it. http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IZ1YHZK/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I started T25 last Monday. I could use a group like this, especially after this morning when I had one of those "What am I doing this" mornings :D

8 probably is due to blood in your urine. I'm usually around a 2 or 3 especially if I'm drinking a lot of coffee during the day. I drink about a gallon or slightly more on most days of just water, not including coffee or from food.

High Fructose Corn Syrup would be my guess. They are empty calories so you don't feel full after eating them.

Thanks everyone. I have been tracking my calories on this site for about a month and use a kitchen scale for most meals that aren't already measured out. We have a nutritionist at work that I'm going to seek out and get on his schedule. I was always under the same thought that if I was eating less and working out more that…
