Body Weights
I've been reassessing my goals this past weekend and I've decided to transition into maintenance. I've lost 65 pounds over the past 4 years (half of it in the past 7 months). I'm at 175 pounds and I'm 5'11" which puts me just a hair under the upper limit of my healthy BMI. I am happy with this weight so I'm not worried…

TDEE & Activity Question
Hopefully this is a quick question. I have set my TDEE to lightly active (1-3 workouts per week). I know from 4 months of data that my TDEE is 2800. I am eating at 2000 Calories everyday and I'm following TDEE (so no eating back exercise calories). My question is, does it matter when I workout during the week? Could I…

My Story So Far
Just wanted to share my story so far. My weight loss started about 5 years ago. I was at my heaviest at 240 pounds. My intention wasn't really to lose weight at that time, I was under so much stress that I could barely eat. Over the course of 6 months, I dropped 50 pounds and was at 190 pounds. I felt the best that I had…

Bread vs Toast
How do you guys weigh your bread when you make it as toast? Before or after it goes through the toaster? I weighed pre and post toasting and had pre: 37g post: 33g That is for a bread that has a 43g serving size so that's almost 10% weight reduction from moisture.

Trying to Figure This Out
So I've been on here religiously since January and have lost 19 pounds. I've jumped around a little on the calorie goal trying to find the right amount and have settled on 2000. I have been losing an average of 1.5lbs/wk with exercise. My exercises consist of a mix of T25 and Insanity Max30 six days a week, 15 minutes on…

No Adjustments with Exercise...possible?
Is there a way to keep MFP from adjusting your calories and macros based upon exercise? I manually have mine set but it still makes adjustments when I log exercise. I know that I could just not log my exercises but I use the Excel Extraction Tool and it gives me a calculated TDEE based upon my exercises logged in MFP,…

Endomondo accuracy
Curious to find out if anyone has tested how accurate the calorie burned portion of the app is. I get a similar reading to my treadmill for the same distance so I figure that they are both pretty close but wanted some confirmation if possible. The map was pretty close, though it looks like a drunk was wandering around my…

How do I determine my activity level?
How does someone determine their activity level for TDEE calculations? I assumed sedentary because I have an office job as an engineer. But I have ran the Excel extraction tool that pulls your data from MFP and gives you more details. It estimates my lifestyle as Light-Moderate activity. I workout cardio 3 days per week…

Some Questions
Ok I’m going to start this off by saying that this may be a long post. I’m going to give some background so you know where I’m coming from and where I’m at. BTW, I’m a 35 year old male if that helps anyone. 3 years ago, I weighed my heaviest at 240 pounds. I had been struggling for years (up to that point) to lose the…
