Trying to Figure This Out

So I've been on here religiously since January and have lost 19 pounds. I've jumped around a little on the calorie goal trying to find the right amount and have settled on 2000. I have been losing an average of 1.5lbs/wk with exercise. My exercises consist of a mix of T25 and Insanity Max30 six days a week, 15 minutes on treadmill at 10% incline three to four times a week and body weight resistance training with a TRX suspension trainer 1-2 days.
This past week I had a really busy week and haven't had the chance to exercise so I maintained my calorie goals the whole week and haven't exercised at all. I have dropped 3.4 pounds this week. Does this sound more like water weight for muscle repair that my body was holding on to? Or is my scale a liar? If it's water weight, do you expect it to come back once I start my exercises again next week?

In my own experience, not exercising triggers the loss of a couple of pounds of water weight, whuch returns as soon as I start exercising again.0
