Well, after googling and yelping.... I think I'll hit up the Shoes-N-Feet store this weekend for a gait assessment and be prepared to pay an arm and leg for athletic shoes. If it helps the pain it'll be worth it. Good thing I just got my tax refund recently or I wouldn't be able to afford special shoes! LOL.

woohoo, FRIDAY!!! I had today off, so I enjoyed sleeping in and lazing around! I got my exercise done though, did the HIIT 25 and Scuplt 30. I had a scale woosh today,148! Down a whole pound. YEAH!!!! Safely out of the 150's for sure.
