Yeah I think it depends on how much fat you have to lose. I'd think if you don't have much, you'd see changes quickly. If you have a lot it may be slower b/c the muscle needs time to build. I really dunno though :smile: just guessing.

it's not for hikes, but the "trail mix" I make is loose granola cereal, dried cranberries, pistachios and almonds. Love this mix! Simple and yummy.

BAHAHAHA I love that!!! So. true. If you want the cookie, eat it!! No good denying yourself everything. Personally, denying myself just makes me binge later. I'm better off eating the treat and adjusting my day's eating accordingly. Or exercise extra.

i haven't gotten the whole set of dvds yet but I do have the fire 45 dvd and the stretch 10 at the end of that is HORRIBLE! I can't imagine doing it for 40 minutes. My plan is to just do one of my regular yoga dvds that I enjoy more. Chalene definitely needs to work on the stretch routine.
