  • I had 2 poppy seed muffins... about 260 calories... but then I went a did a 70 minute workout circuit and I'm feeling much better. I might have another muffin :laugh:

  • Thank you all for replying!! This is my second time trying to lose weight, and the first time I started at 145 and lost 10 lbs in about 2 weeks. BUT can happily say I've kept it all off!
