Thank you all for your replies, I have gotten help with figuring out and I now know how to put in the correct burned calories and time for what I have done. And thanks for the pic comment, I love it too :)

Sorry, maybe thats not what im talking about, when I started it asked my workout goal and how many days, I put 90 mins and 6 days a week. So right now it is showing 30/90 but I did a 90mjn workout, only 30 mins on treadmill. I hope that helps you understand where I am confused

Im an 80s geek so I have an 80s mix of rock and pop and the music motivates me to work hard to get back to the body i know I can have because I had it then lol stuff like ac/dc, def leppard, duran duran, 38 special, white snake.
