Don't try to be overly hard with yourself. Life happens, sickness, loss of motivation etc. Focus on one thing in the day. Drink more water, eat less salt on your food, whatever. It is all working toward your goal of being more healthy. But don't lose hope in yourself, or beat yourself up about losing motivation. Keep it…

Hi, I am new to myfitnesspal and this group. I too have no clue as to how many miles I will walk. I do love Leslie's dvds and that what I use. I am committed to walking at least 20 minutes day for 5 days a week. Today I did 25 minutes with of the 4 mile fast walk. Tonya
