Got a new video for my birthday this weekend! I can now to 1, 2, 3, and/or 4 miles all from the same DVD. All together as one program or I can pick and choose the miles!

It is an awesome workout. I did all 4 miles as a set on Saturday and did miles 1 and 2 today. I love it.

Dec. 6th - 3 miles walk at home (boosted)
Dec. 7th - 2 miles (walk at home miles 4-5 boosted)
Dec. 8th - 5 miles (walk at home miles 1-5)
Dec. 9th - 2 miles (slim and sleek miles 1-2)

I am new to myfitnesspal and this group. I too have no clue as to how many miles I will walk. I do love Leslie's dvds and that what I use.
I am committed to walking at least 20 minutes day for 5 days a week.
Today I did 25 minutes with of the 4 mile fast walk.

Hi, welcome to the group! I mix other workouts in with my Leslie Sansone workouts, so I have a hard time deciding on a goal too. But that's okay, just pick a number and get moving :happy: As long as it motivates us to exercise, that is really what matters!0 -
