I only have the original 1, 2, and 3 mile walks that use the weighted balls. I've added four additional DVDs to my wishlist! I'm planning to walk at least 10 miles a week (that is the 2 mile walk 5 days a week) for a total of roughly 40 miles for the rest of this month. I did 3 miles today.0

In the meantime you could try youtube for lots of free Leslie walks. 2, 3, 4 and 5 miles. Some weighted and some not.0 -

I own zero of her videos - all You Tube right now. However, I have quite a few on my wishlist (for either me to buy post holiday and as gift ideas for the family).
My favorite is the three mile walk with weights. I've done it with and without weights and both work up quite a sweat! I've also grown tired with the background music so I find a close BPM playlist on Rhapsody and play that instead of the music in the video.0 -

Got a new video for my birthday this weekend! I can now to 1, 2, 3, and/or 4 miles all from the same DVD. All together as one program or I can pick and choose the miles!

It is an awesome workout. I did all 4 miles as a set on Saturday and did miles 1 and 2 today. I love it.

I'm starting a little late, but it's right now the 9th so that leaves me 22 days. I'm going to try for 3 miles a day so I'm going to say I'm going to try to do 65 miles this month. I'm hoping to do more, but with the way things go for me I'm pushing it for 3 miles LOL! Hope everyone has a great time doing this! I'm really glad I found this group!
