    Walked 31 miles so far this month 34 to go

    Have sprained knee ligament so doc says I can only walk slowly so no more Leslie workouts for me this month. I have to wear a knee support so weather permitting still hope to meet my goal

    Walked 31 miles so far this month 34 to go

    I'm so excited...I just discovered that I can fit into one leg of a pair of shorts that fit me comfortably 2 summers ago!!
