Wow a lot of Chicago transplants!! Including me. Currently I'm training for a new job in San Antonio and I travel back to Chicago most weekends. In October I'll be permanently in Corpus Christi.

I am currently a nomad. I'm working in San Antonio and go home to Chicago on weekends until my training is done in a few months. Then I will be permanently in Corpus Christi Texas.

I am temporarily in San Antonio training for a job. Probably through Octoberish but mostly only here during the week. Working out for me is limited to the hotel gym... But I'd love to get out and walk in the evenings and having someone to hang with would be cool. Especially if you could show me around.

Technically I currently live outside Chicago but we are relocating to Corpus Christi in a couple months so I am spending my Monday - Friday training in San Antonio. It's a great city!!

Hi Bonnie. Personally for me I know that with work, family, kids and everything in between if I don't do it first thing in the morning there's a 75% chance it won't get done at all. Sometimes I embrace Mondays.... I know I can go back to having better control and my weekdays are much more structured. It is easier to stay on the right path when I stick to a schedule. That being said.... I woke up super sore from my workouts yesterday and practically crawled out of bed.... never did get my morning…

I am a runner... Although the last year I really slacked off and now that I'm getting back to it I feel like I'm starting all over again. My pace has really suffered but I know I'll get back there again.

Most "fast food" places have their own healthier versions too... Just have to make that choice or make room for it in your day but I know all the goodies when surrounded by it is hard to fight off.

Soooo I just turned 40 today!!!! :) I can now officially fit in. :)

Nearly every weekday morning I have the yoplait tropical fruit 100 calorie greek yogurt and mix it with 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese. I know it sounds kinda gross but it really is very good. Sometimes I will chop up a banana and add it. 180 calories and 22 grams of protein...not bad.
