LOL Ok I am actually going to make an attempt to keep up with this for September. I think I posted somewhere in here in July and then forgot to keep up with it. So for September I am going to go for 60 miles. 9/1/15-2.5 (got a late start this morning looking for my arm band....never found it had to improvise)

Some amazing looking food in here.... how come I have never come to this thread before? I will try to make some yummy stuff this week to post. :smile:

Cube up butternut squash and lighyly toss with olive oil then roast in oven 450 with some crumbled bacon and sprinkles of brown sugar or a little maple syrup..... I serve it with center cut pork chops that have been marinated in a mesquite flavor and grilled.

I don't take it too personally anymore. It happens. People get busy, give up or find something new. No skin off my back. My "friends" that I do interact with more ill let them know if I'm busy.
