I don't want to sound preachy. But I have found that if I lose weight for myself I could care less what other people think. I feel like you shouldn't wait or rely on people to dictate how you feel or your motivation.If you've lost the weight than that should be good enough.

I drink maybe 2 to 3 cups. I feel like it has no barring on my weight loss. That whole myth of drinking water until your urine is clear is BS. Atleast for me it is. I can't account for anyone else.

I have asthma as well and stopped dairy for a bit. Idk if it had much effect for me. I know Tofutti makes sourcream and creamcheese which are both really good. They also make dairy free cheese which is great. Goodluck

I don't log the drink packets. Usually I am so far under my calorie defecit that even if I had 10 it wouldn't make a different. Garlic poweder and some spices I log. Things that I know have carbs or salt I try to log so my numbers are accurate.

I actually take those no sugar drink packets and use my ninja blender and add ice and water and they make a great slush.Also I like to mix sugar free orange jello with cool whip and freeze and its pretty tasty!
