A balance of both. I've come to understand that cardio will get you lean, and weight training will give you shape. Also the more lean mass you (i.e more muscle), the more calories you burn when you are inactive :)

IMO, its so people can stay fat and keep coming. At least that is what my friend and I deduced when we went there on a Monday for the first time and they were serving pizza.

Yes. In High School, I lost 45lbs eating nothing but a single cup of fat free, sugar free jello and half a bag of single serve chips for lunch the whole year. I wouldn't recommend this as it is not healthy at all, but it really comes down that you need to eat at a deficit.

It really doesn't matter how healthy the food you buy is, or if its in bulk. What matters is that you follow the serving size. If a person is going to overeat, they are going to overeat regardless if the food item is bought wholesale or "regular."

I have done 30DS and am currently doing Ripped in 30. I just finished week 1 of Ripped and it wasn't hard. Maybe its because I got used to is the 30DS. I'm doing it now, and am on Level 1, week 2. I'm really bored with it. I liked Brazil Butt Lift better. I guess, I will see what Level 2 brings. The girl leading it has nice legs, and clearly a booty, but she is so annoying!
