I started this week too, and some of the jumps are killing me. I try as much as I can but if I'm hurting and I am, I slow down. I will repeat month one twice if I have to; you just gotta listen to your body.

Ummm, no, caffeine does not burn fat. It might give you energy to get up and get moving. Maybe this is what you mean but the way you stated it sounds like the caffeine magically makes the fat go away. For me, I find it that if I drink a cup of coffee with a tablespoon of milk will stop me from snacking on unhealthy things.
