Which workout is this? I just bought a 10lb kettlebell yesterday and plan on starting JM's Shredding it with Weights tonight. Did you measure yourself? If you are still sore 5weeks in the program and you are not seeing the scale move that means your muscles are retaining water so that they can repair.

Agree with CeeRawr89. Maybe if you think you can handle it, get heavier hand weights. You can use a towel instead of a yoga mat if you want to save a few $.

Would not recommend you eating those. They are full of preservatives and not worth the calories for the amount they give you. You can get twice as much food for the sample calories if you eat fresh produce and clean foods.

It really depends on the made and designer of the clothes. I'm usually 2 sizes smaller in the more expensive clothes and the cheaper stuff I might buy at places like JCPenny.

I just finished P90X. I started at 232lbs and am down to 218lbs. It's hard but you can go at your own pace. This is TH's many push. Take a break if you need to, go light, go hard, which ever makes sense for you but try to push to do an extra rep (improve each and every time).

yes! inches over lbs, because ultimately they decide what size you wear. also you just might feel stronger/more fit even if the scale has not moved!

I got mine at JCPenny. They are relatively inexpensive compared to brands like Champion, Nike, etc that you would get at stores like Sports Authority, Modells and such. I'm satisfied with the movement I get from the cargo type pants and the yoga pants look like something you can wear out on the street without looking silly.

You are comparing small space (home/work cubicle) as opposed to an endless loop that can be adjusted in speed and height (treadmill) or a park (could be hills, etc.). Also do you really have enough space to run in your house/work space?!
