Always looking for new buds! 34F, starting weight 210, current weight 195, goal weight 145!!

Thanks! I think they have one of those machines at my gym actually, the assisted pull up one. I'm going to try it! Worst thing that can happen is I can rock only 2-3 out at first, right? I'm going to try! I think 3 days a week it totally doable for me, even 4, if I'm giving it my all on those days and for the time I'm…

Some from each body group every day I work out I mean. Not every day.

Thanks! I can't do a single pull-up, lol, so that one will have to be scratched off. Yes, I wasn't planning to do EVERY day, I'd die, haha. But I would like to do some from each body group every day. So I like your list (minus the elusive pull-ups...)! I did leg presses and squats yesterday and I can really feel it. I do…

I'm with you sister <3 It's a daily struggle for me still, but it's one day at a time. I'm happy your dad is okay

Hey nice work!! I think my face looks sooooo chubby in pictures, I can't wait to lose some there!!
-
HAHA YESSSS!! Happened to me too yesterday. Highest of fives!! You go right ahead and jump up and down! :D

Maybe your diet is the culprit? Maybe make your diary public so we can help you more??

Third!! Sounds absolutely delicious!

Also, I tend to underestimate what I input anyways. For example, if I go for a 40 minute walk that is mostly uphill, I only put that I did a 30 minute brisk walk on flat ground. I'd rather underestimate than over. And that way, if I do eat back a lot of the calories one day, I'm not chancing being totally over.
-
I don't eat them all back. MFP over estimates their calories burned I think. I usually eat half what they give me back.
-
Very well done!! Congratulations!!

Yes, that was my thinking -- Whenever I weigh before then after it's like a really big difference -- like going from 6 oz to 4.5 oz. That's a big caloric difference when talking about meat! But the label is weighing it and applying the calories to the "before" weight I guess, so I got confused on how to track it. I guess…

I see. Okay! I'll do that from here on out. Thanks all!

I have been there, but its truly about creating a HEALTHY calorie deficit. I agree, up the calorie amount a bit, and check back in a few weeks :)

Nutella is the sweet, sweet nectar of the gods.

For my snacks for the last week I've had dessert each night (330 calorie pumpkin spice cupcakes, package of mini powdered donuts, brownie), along with chips with my lunches and full fat cheese on my taco dinner. It's not about not eating junkfood, it's calories in vs. calories out. Consume less then you burn and you'll…

Haha very much ^this^

OMG! I do this too!! My husband is strictly veggie, The kids and I eat meat on occasion though, so we just say that our household eat herbivorily (not a word at all) about 85% of the time. I actually prefer the Boca Chik'n pattys and Quinoa burgers to meat burgers, which is why I eat them without feeling like it's a chore.…

Thanks ladies!! Im not really exercising regularly yet, so im pretty sure my range is good for now. I just dont want to eat too few and stall progress, or too much and do the same!.

I've heard they give people terrible stomach problems after eating them. And they're stinky when you first open the bag.
