I think I have a good idea of what some things are. I'm just nervous to go back after last semester because I gained it all back. I spent a month or so there logging (definitely overestimating) and then just gave up. I gotta change my outlook!

I might up it to 1600 when I start working out again because I've been sedentary and eating 1450, feeling just fine. When I workout, that may change!

that's a good idea, I forget that sometimes. I just like to know exactly how many calories because I get so nervous about overeating! but I'll do that and use my best judgment!

Yes that is very clear! Maybe I'll stick to the 1350 and use that as my goal because 1226 seems almost impossible since I don't exercise much.. However, when I go back to school I'll definitely be burning more because I can utilize the gym!

Thanks guys!! I think I'll continue following my grandmas since hers is the first one I weighed myself on. However, as hers decreases, mine at home tends to stay on the same weight or so. Very frustrating.

Thanks for responding guys!! Mfp set me at 1200 because I put 2 pounds a week I'm 203 looking to be 130-140 or so! The only thing that sucks is that 1200 just seems so low and lots of people say it's better to go closer to BMR or TDEE etc. I'm just wondering if eating at my BMR would be better because then my body would be…
