Which exercise nation do you belong to? I workout at Lutherville one and I am trying to make it there one night a week. I am decent about getting there on the weekends.

How did you lose it? Did you maintain your weight loss, if not, when did you gain it back? Think long term changes and not crash dieting. A healthy meal plan that revolves around real food and regular exercise.

That's me all day long..I have just 10 lbs to lose. I look fit and wouldn't otherwise bother with losing weight except that I gained it and I can't fit into my clothes..
