    Started at 150 before getting on here.

    Currently at 137 and goal #1 is 125. I'm 5'4.
  • Yup, me too. About 6lbs to go to goal and for the last 3 weeks I've been bouncing around with the same pound and a half. Yet despite the scale, my body is continuing to lean out. So, I keep pushing on. It's not like I'm going to be able to slack off once I get to goal. (And I expect that may be part of why the weight loss stalled. I expect I got comfortable and the portion sizes got a bit lax.)

    Well, I am at 137 and I shooting for 124. I have a little over 10 to lose. :)
  • I am just starting out on this website, I have cheered all my life... I'm decently skinny but I want to look toned and loose those few extra pounds.     I'm in the same boat...Been trying to get those 10 off for about 6 months now, I was at 122 in Jan and last month I was at 129 again
    I've been trying to get back on track with exercise and good eating so, it would be nice to see how we progress and any tips will be more than welcome here, let's keep pushing

    ughhhh me! 5'2.5 143 and loooking to get to 130! I was 138 before I upped my cals to 1500 and started exercising everyday for the past 2 months almost, now I am up 5.5 lbs?! Annoying to say the least. Very frustrating.

    I'm there too! I revamped my workout and my food intake, that seemed to work for me. But I think my workout had more more of an impact in moving the scale. I was already eating healthy, I just went completely vegitarian.

    I am trying the last 12-15lbs . 5-11 201. 48 yrs old switching workout and food up to get down the home stretch. Originally lost 50.

  • Hoping to lose my last ten by September (1 year from the start of my journey) by ramping up my cardio into interval training. Gonna keep watching this thread for more tips.

    I am working on my last 10 pounds right now, unless I think I need to cut a bit more after that. I'm weight training 4 times a week and doing a bit more cardio than usual.

    please add me! I'm in serious need of motivation with people who are dealing with the same issues as me. I hit my lowest 145 for like a day and keep bouncing around 147. I am 5'4" and would like to be 130ish, maybe a little under. Last 15-20ish! Ugh!

    That's me all day long..I have just 10 lbs to lose. I look fit and wouldn't otherwise bother with losing weight except that I gained it and I can't fit into my clothes..

    I've lost about 20 (including the weight I didn't log in when I first set it up here at myfitnesspal) my goal is getting close but can't seem to be moving forward. I'm lacking for that last home run stretch!!! So here is like me, where you procrastinate and instead pushing forward, starting to gain it back slowly...??? :(

    Why is it that after losing so much, it's now that I'm down to the last bits around my waist that I feel fat again!?

    I stalled out in August (family reunion) and have not made much progress since then. In mid October I broke my big toe. It's funny, since I knew I couldn't exercise (pain) I got more conscientious about my food logging and boom, a couple pounds came off. Pretty sure they went back on for Thanksgiving LOL. But it shows me that I just need to get accurate again and it can come off.

    Walked yesterday for the first time since I broke it and heading to the gym this morning.
