There is such a thing as over doing it, but I'd try it, push myself, just to see if I can go 30 days and then high five myself with the results.

When the doctor came in to tell me I had ovarian cancer, he sat down and was like "I have bad news. You'll need a complete hysterectomy. That means no more children and no more periods." I asked him where the "bad" news was!!

I got a hysterectomy in 2006. I lost weight right away without trying, but I didn't need hormone therapy. I was able to "cheat" it with my young age (35). I put some on, am now using MFP and have lost 17.6 as of today.

I'm a bartender/waitress when not in classes. I wore a pedometer to work for a month and averaged 4 miles a day. You bet I log it!

My friend has five...FIVE..and the flattest, toned belly I have ever seen. She does have a flaw though..one single stretch mark about 2 cm long. *sigh* Genetics.

It was started (and still used) for obese patients who need to shed quick/temporarily before surgery. Skip the soup.

Exactly! Plus, she'll need the lifestyle change not just a quick fix. It'd be like using a band aid if you need surgery.

I'll pick an entire album I like and walk to it every night. I've found that most albums can get me 5 miles.

My 15 yr. old has been on a field since he was 3. Here in a few weeks he starts up Baseball again which means plenty of driving followed by plenty of sitting. lol
