My mother makes hers with diced apples and sauerkraut in the slow cooker. Splenda's brown sugar in makes it sweet, not sour, and it's soooo delicious.

I found it IMPOSSIBLE with my busy schedule and with my kids always on the go. Honestly, I lost nothing and was irritable that it was such a difficult program. Being on MFP and just logging what I eat..15 lbs. GONE.

I've been doing tons of chicken lately and play with marinades...but as a seasoning, so to say. Most dry marinades ask you to add oil, right? Well, I've been broiling the chicken with the dry marinade sprinkled on it. Delicious...and no oil. I've used teriyaki, hawaiian, ect..and so far it's all good. As for veggies...Mrs.…

I have a Connor, too..only he's 11. I have a son 15, too. I'm in Ohio and today it got up to the 40's so I walked for about a half hour. Can't wait for the TRUE Spring to arrive!

I'm the same way. I'm no doctor, but I'm not too worried. The only time it's truly annoying is when I want to get more than an hour's worth of sleep at a time!
