Maybe I'm just gonna accept the fact that I can only eat 1300+fitbit calories. I'm dropping back to 1300  Thanks for all the help!

Alright! I shall give it another week and hope that it'll go away! Thanks for the help!

I came across the website to count maintenance kcal so I've decided to try and see if I could actually maintain at a higher kcal intake. I want to continue experimenting, but the fear of gaining weight is holding me back.
-
Thanks for the advice! I'm stuck between going back to 1300+fitbit kcal or continue experimenting ...
-
I normally eat more than 1300kcal thanks to the fitbit kcal. Wouldn't the water weight go away?
-
When I was eating 1300+fitbit kcal my weight is pretty much the same I'll give it +/- 1kg and it usually doesn't last longer than a day. But this time it has lasted for like a week 0.0
-
I am aware that is kind of impossible but the thought of gaining weight scares me. I'm just feeling insecure.
-
I weigh myself daily. I didn't lose weigh by counting calories tho. I can't even stand the fact that I've gained a kg for a few days so I don't think I will wait till I gain 30 pounds...
-
I've been eating all my fitbit kcal too. I haven't eat differently as compared to before.
-
I hope so
-
I'm aware that fluctuation happens but it has never last this long.

When I upped kcal from 1200 to 1300 I did not gain any weight and in fact lost weight. Is it just me. I'm scared of gaining weight after the amount of time and effort that I've put in to lose weight. Now that I've gained weight I'm pretty alarmed.
-
Is it possible that I've had over eaten when I was eating 1300+ fitbit kcal that's why I gained weight after I upped the 100 kcal?
-
Today is the 7th day of me eating 1400+fitbit calories. The day before I upped the hundred kcal I ate too much sodium so i have lowered my sodium consumption these few days and drank lots of water. I do weigh my food with a scale.
-
Alright thanks! I'm gonna drop that hundred tomorrow.
-
How much of the fitbit calories should I eat back?
-
I see! Thanks for the useful information!! So on days which I can consume lots of calories through exercising I can vary the composition since I can eat more food I wouldn't feel hungry easily.
-
Done it but nothing's changed. Thanks for the help!
-
What does the adjustment has got to do with then??
-
I've tried setting at my maintenance and let fitbit adjust it but I gained weight. However, I dropped those weight over the following 2 days while going back to 1200. I am trying to maintain now
-
Thanks for such a detailed explanation!
-
Thanks! I've already made an appointment with the cardiologist to check. Thanks for sharing your experience.
-
I've done ECG twice so my doctor is referring me to a cardiologist.
-
Don't we burn more calories when we are at higher heart rate? Ten how come HRM shows more calorie burnt when at higher heart rate?
-
Thanks for the advice! It's too good that my doctor suspect I may have bradycardia. I guess I just have to figure something out to burn more calories.

Well, not so lucky here in Singapore. I would say majority of the restaurants here do not provide nutrition information of their food. Even major pastry company which has branches in other parts of the word do not provide those info. I've tried emailing the company for those information but they simply ignore my email. So…

Probably 90 minutes on weekdays and 120minutes on weekends.

Opened my diary. I'm trying to maintain or was, before I gained the 2 kg. now I'm trying to lose them before maintaining again. I'm using a HRM to estimate my exercise calories so is it likely that I'm overestimating it? I also weigh everything I put into my mouth. For the 2 hours, I will go for the stairs climber then…
-
How come? I do measure everything I put into my mouth...
-
So I was wrong about eating the fitbit and hrm calories?? I wanted to eat more so I exercise more but I just started gaining after exercising and eating more. Cut a 100 off the exercise cal? What if I don't exercise that day?
