You must be missed the fact that I was having my period when I was 42kg. However, thanks for your help. Ive went to the doctor's and will have follow up appointment soon. Thank you.

At the beginning I weighed like 42kg was I thought was too thin so I gained to 45kg. I had my period. I maintained at 45kg for like a year until I had to prepare for my major exam and was super stressed that I didn't have my periods. After having amenorrhea for some time I started to gain weight. So I want to get back to…

I like my body before the recent gain. Now it is very obvious that I've gained a lot of weight and some of my clothes don't fit.
-
So my height around 160-161 which is 5'2?
-
The doctor said I was too stressed. I used to weigh like 42kg so I gained weight to 45 kg (goal) and I had my period.
-
But when I weighed less I had my periods...
-
I am 161 cm and weigh like 51kg now. I have a balanced diet of fat, protein and carbs. After I reached my goal weight I was having my period. When I first started to have amenorrhea the doctor said I was too stressed.
-
I am 161cm and currently weigh 51kg.
-
I am experiencing amenorrhea at the moment can it be the cause of the weight gain??
-
Do you like bank your calories throughout the week?
-
If I walk a lot in a walk I will eat up to 1800 cal ... I used to be maintaining doing the same so I am really confused now.
-
But I've been eating 1300 + Fitbit cal for a few months now.... Should I stick to 1300 + Fitbit cal or reduce to 1200 + Fitbit cal?
-
On average I eat around 1400-1600 cal depending on how active I am on that day. I am 160cm so around 5"2? Also, does it have got to do with me "banking" the calories so that I can eat more on Monday??
-
It's above the range but I've no idea where I've gone wrong because I've maintained doing the same thing last year. The only thing that changed was I'm leaving around a hundred calories per day so that I can eat more on the last day of the week. Oh yeah, and also I seem to start gaining weight when I drop my cal intake…
-
How long have you been tracking weekly goal??
-
I'll eat back the 900cal on the last day of the week. Other than that I have changed from eating pork tenderloin to pork shoulder ...
-
It is satsumaimo
-
But I used to eat 50+% carb and maintained my weight... So I'm confused now.
-
I've gained a kg over the week but I've gained like 3-4kg from my original maintains weight. I had a bowel movement but I feel that there's more that needed to be passed out. I drink quite a lot of water but isn't going to the toilet often...
-
I'm drinking quite a lot of water but I'm not going to the toilet often so it's actually a sign that my body is retaining water right?
-
I'll try eyeballing my food before weight it seems like a good strategy for getting off weighing food in the future.
-
I am not entirely sure. It's a organic Japanese sweet potato company in the market.
-
Should I trust the nutrition information on the box? Because I have found that Japanese sweet potato is call satsuma imo and its nutrition is 134 cal per 100g whereas the box says 89cal per 100g...
-
I do log my drink and don't eat food that I can't log ...
-
Alright thank you for the link!

I uses Fitbit and I walk a lot like more than 30,000 steps maybe that's why I got high exercise cal I've been gaining for some time. When I used to eat 1300+ Fitbit cal I maintained at lower weight. I started gaining when I eat 1200+ Fitbit cal
-
That food is the only inaccurate one I guess. I better stop eating that since it is high in sodium as well. Thanks for pointing it out. However, I was eating it last year while I maintained at the point of time that food was logged at lower calories. I was the one whom increased its cal for the nutrition info this year
-
When I was maintaining last year, I ate back all my Fitbit calories so I'm confused now...
-
I'm walking a couple of hours per day. Maybe I'll lower my carb intake and see how it goes and sodium too. Thanks for the info

I do not manually enter exercise into Fitbit however for the past 2 weeks I've added swimming calories into MFP once a week. I do own a digital good scale so I'll weight my food.
