Thanks for the suggestions!! Now I should start dieting again
-
I will just lose those weight I've put on and try eating half the calories only. Does that means I've got slow metabolism?
-
The weight is gain over the 2months and not sudden gain and stayed there for 2 months tho...
-
So should I consider losing those weight I've gained ??
-
Can it be fat that i have gained? And not water retention?
-
But the weight has been increasing... And it has been 2 months.... Can water be retained in the body for so long? And it's still increasing... Will it ever be gone??
-
Any advice what I should do now?? I'm really scared to put on the weights that I've lost...
-
So should I change my workout routine and drop the 2 kg or should do the same for a longer period of time and see how things go?
-
So should I workout less?
-
I've upped more than 200cal in a short period of time so could the gain be that?
-
It should be 2 months and not 1 month. My bad. My fitbit and mfp are coordinated so no double counts. I have also set my activity level to sedentary...

I am not working with weights but I've definitely gained lots of thigh muscles.
-
It has been a month. I started using fitbit and the hrm at the same time, before that I was just eating lightly active with a lot lesser exercises. I'm eating the relatively the same food and I don't really add condiments like mayo and ketchup... Not really eating a high sodium diet too... So I'm kinda confused now... I…

I am using FT 7 so it doesn't allow me to adjust the hr and stuffs. I shall just increase the intensity and duration then. Thanks for the help!!

I literally eat ice cream everyday or cookies and chocolate and maintain my weight. I make sure I'm within my calorie limits that's all. Not feeling like crap. I feel happy. If I want to eat more, I will work out more that's all because I'm really short so I need to work out to earn those calories.
-
If I've got sore muscles do I continue with my workout?
-
Thanks for all the replies! I guess on my rest day I'll do light cardio or yoga as mentioned so that I won't feel guilty. Should I do the light cardio/ yoga with sore muscles?
-
On rest day, do you really not do any exercise?
-
Thank you for all the replies! I've been working out but instead of losing inches I look bigger. Can it be from the result of biking?
-
Thank you for all the replies!
-
So no one has eaten HRM + fitbit cal and maintain yet?
-
Thanks for the advice! But when I exercise I do remove my fitbit and log the duration of the exercise accurately so thats almost impossible for double counting of calories burned for my exercise right? And also I don't do step based exercise so I don't see why putting on the fitbit one with me. So do you eat the calories…

I don't avoid any food. What I do is that I measure out a serving and put the rest out of sight, so that I wouldn't eat the rest up. Also, I pour my cereal and milk into a small bowl so that a serving will look a lot in the bowl as compared to a serving in a big bowl. This works for me. So I don't deprive myself of any…

I'm still living with my parents and I really hope they can understand and support me. That's what family is for right? That's why I'm trying to prove my point. However, if they insist that this is unhealthy I can't help it but to just ignore them. Thanks for sharing with me your experience!

That's really a great idea! If I text her, she wouldn't have the chance to say 'whatever' or make me feel discouraged to continue my conversation. I will definitely try that out! That way I will have more courage to say whatever I've always been wanting to say. Thanks for providing with such a brilliant idea!
-
Now that I've gotten a HRM I will not consider getting a fitbit any time soon. However, I still do appreciate all the reviews given! Thank you for sharing!
-
How do you his determine your activity level?? Now I'm not sure if I should be sedentary or lightly active...
-
I know right, my dad is really protective of me... He wouldn't even let me go for my school's camp...
-
I,too, agree with my dad. So I'm now learning the proportions~ it feels really great to eat healthily! Thanks for the encouragement'
