By weighing I actually realise that 2slices of bread are always not 70g they're always more than 70g though... Are you able to maintain your weight eating all your exercise calories? What's your activity level set at?

Maybe I should stop weighing my bread and just grab any 2 slices. If I listen to my body and eat only when I'm hungry I guess I will be under eating by a lot calories...

Weight may fluctuate due to your sodium intake. High sodium intake will cause water retention.

If I'm not particularly active and I only exercise for 30min a day, then the HRM will only be of use for 30min a day?....

Maybe I'll just try to eat my TDEE as much as possible but on some unavoidable occasions I may bank up some calories for gatherings ect.
