I like pop sugar, its an app with various workouts on it ranging from ten minutes to forty five! They're great for at home workouts, but I also like to just steal exercise ideas for the gym. I haven't given it a hundred percent yet, but I also liked these two apps, they were free and are literally called 'situps' and…

I won't lie to you : it can be intimidating the first time you go! But you have to remember, all your insecurites are in your head ! You feel like people are watching your every move, but in reality everyone is there to do their own workout! Anyone that is busy talking trash about other gym members are probably not at the…

The goal of MFP (at least, in my opinion) is to guide you into naturally making healthier food choices that you and your body can sustain over a long period of time. That being said, I'm sure you already saw this coming : I'd advise against taking them, simply because it can lead to the feeling of dependancy on them, and…

I've been considering it , but personally for the time being I don't simply because one of my goals was to get accustomed to drinking pure water all the time, instead of coke, juice, etc. and to drink more of it. I'll track a teabag and milk, so I know I have tea, but I don't count the water in it, just because I don't…

Ask yourself why you want to change- for me it was mainly gaining my self-confidence back. I try to remind myself that when I wake up , before I eat anything. I also try to remember to think that before I give into a treat. If something's going to make reaching my goals harder why would I do it ? I begin to wonder. Baby…

A good way to sneak more veggies in is to mix it in with your meat sauce :) and use a healthier option for noodles instead of basic white. (there are TONS of options at most grocery stores now) . Making small gradual changes is probably the easiest and most realistic . I'm not sure if this helps, but I remember reading…

I've gotten them in that spot from sleeping with my arm curled/folded tightly under my head , I think it's the capillaries/ veins bursting from being cut off. At least, that\s what I put it down to at the time . I haven't noticed them since, but I haven't really looked either.

If your weight stalls, try switching things up , change your work out routine a little , and also try out new different healthy foods so you don't become used to the same old thing. I also up my water intake. Try to follow the calorie suggestion MFP or your doctor gave to you, and eat your exercise calories back. Don't…

I try to "officially" weigh myself and track it once a week on the same day.

Slice up some cheese and have it with an apple, or as a treat make a smoothie with some low fat frozen yogurt , a bit of milk and whatever fruit you like. Peanut butter is my go-to when I want to up my calories with something half decent. You could also simply increase your servings of foods you're already eating, that is…

Hey , I'm Jenna and I just recently started using the forums and am also looking for friends to support! I'm 21 and though I'm not in college at the moment, I personally found it really helped to eat a good, healthy breakfast before class in the morning, and since I commuted to school I would bring a small snack( like…
