I'm starting over now after making my goal weight and gaining it all back after a year and a half at a very stressful job. Please add me, I'm looking for friends that will push each other to do better! We can do this again!!

I like chocolate whey protein powders mixed with half water and half skim milk. If you just use water, the shake is too thin and bland, but half milk helps with the flavor a lot without adding too many extra calories.

I would recommend getting a barbell and some plates. I started with a program called Stronglifts 5x5. It is great for beginners and is easy to learn. There is a group on MFP just for women where you can get a lot of great information to get you started. You don't need a bench either. I don't have one.

I love cottage cheese! I use it in place of ricotta in everything. I keep a tub at work and eat it as a quick snack or light lunch. I like it with sliced peaches too.

I do this all the time and it works great. I usually do it in a coffee cup with a sprinkle of cheese and some salt and pepper.

I haven't done the phone app, but I do a seven minute method workout a few times a week when I'm pressed for time. I like it a lot, it hits all the major parts of my body while getting some cardio in.

I finished it last month and got awsome results! The biggest tip I have is that you need to work through the pain for the first three days. After that it gets easier and you will make it. Your endurance and strength will build daily. Log it as circuit training general. Good luck, it will be great!

I stopped going to the gym after my second son was born 4 months ago and started working out at home to Jillian Michaels DVDs. I have had such great results that I canceled my gym membership. You can see a few workouts on YouTube.

I know this seems weird, but you need to eat more. I was doing the same thing you are and losing weight really slowly. When I upped my calories to 1500 net the weight started falling off. Try it for a couple weeks and see what happens.

Hi Everyone! I am starting RI30 today. I just finished the 30DS yesterday and I had awsome results. I am really excited to move on to this new workout and continue to see improvements in my weight and fitness level. I had a baby in September and I am working on building strength back up in my core.
